7-day refund window

If you are not satisfied with Exam Prep or Care Plan within the first 7 days of a billing cycle, contact us for a pro-rated refund. After 7 days, your subscription remains active until the end of the current period.

How to request

Use the contact form with the Billing & subscription topic. Include the email on your account and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel auto-renewal from your account page. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the current period ends.
